SHEETS & COILS

Sheets & Coils: Immagine

A sheet is a sheet obtained by rolling slabs in turn obtained by a continuous casting of liquid metal, the sheet is called "from train", in the second from coil ". The coil, an English term that means "coil", is therefore a coil of thin metal tape wrapped in a series of coils. Sider Pre is specializes in sheets of various types and of high quality. By consulting our manuals you will find the sheet that best meets your needs, from thick sheets for platforms to padded sheets for cladding or attics. The sheets are hot-rolled from train and coils, corrugated for roofs, galvanized with electrolytic tinplate.

BLACK AND PICKLED SHEETS

The pickled sheets originate from black sheets, subjected to pickling treatment, or a chemical operation that serves to remove the superficial oxide layers, in order to obtain a surface suitable to be subsequently covered.

STRIPED SHEETS

It is a type of "mesh" sheet made from a "full" format subjected to various cold pressing and processing that allow to obtain this particular reticular conformation.

ALMOND SHEETS

With the definition embossed sheet metal or almond sheet we mean a sheet on whose surface some embossed impressions of various shapes and patterns are mechanically made (in the case of the almond sheet the characteristic almond shape that gives it its name)

PERFORATED SHEET

By perforated sheet we mean a sheet on whose surface there are a series of holes regularly arranged according to a repetitive pattern (equal pitch, at 60 °, at 45 ° and so on)

CORTEN SHEETS

Corten has been defined as a "living" metal, because it is capable of self-regeneration. Resistant to atmospheric corrosion and mechanical stress, it occupies a primary role among steels with high mechanical strength and low content of alloying elements

TREAD SHEETS

With the definition embossed sheet metal or checkered sheet we mean a sheet on whose surface some embossed impressions of various shapes and patterns are mechanically made.

GALVANIZED - TIN-PLATED - ELECTROLYTIC SHEETS

Galvanized, tinned and electrolytic sheets of different thicknesses and sizes are available in our warehouse

HEAVY PLATE SHEETS

The sheet called "from train" is created in rolling mills arranged in a rolling train, this type of sheet is generally used as an industrial semi-finished product to be processed to transform it into a finished product. This type of sheet metal is mainly used in heavy carpentry.

CORRUGATED SHEETS FOR FLOORS, WALLS AND ROOFS

The corrugated sheet is a corrugated metal sheet, with a different profile: the choice of this profile is not merely aesthetic, but responds to very specific requirements of mechanical resistance. It is precisely the fret that increases the resistance of the sheet to any bending effort.
Corrugated sheets offer two indispensable advantages, which are the perfect structural elements for a series of applications: from roofs to floors, passing through coverings and false ceilings.
they are thin products (with thicknesses generally varying between 0.4 and 3 mm).

COLD ROLLED SHEETS

Cold rolled sheet is used specifically for cold applications. It is used in each of the typologies of the aforementioned applications, without particular distinction, from bending to deep drawing.
Cold rolling is a mechanical working process at room temperature, or nearly so, performed to reduce the thickness of the sheet.

STRETCHED SHEETS

Stretched sheet is a material used both in industrial production as a shielding, filtering or structure element, and in architecture as an aesthetic or structural element.
