CUTTING BEAMS AND TUBULARS

PUNCHING
The concept of punching refers to a cutting process in which a sheet is cut in one stroke. The punch presses the material against the punch holder and finally into a round opening.
The operation of making a hole, or of impressing numbers, letters, symbols or abbreviations in a metal surface, by means of a punch which, in manual execution, is struck with a hammer.
Sider Pre punching is applied to sheet metal and other steel products.
WELDING
Welding is a joining technique that achieves the permanent union of two pieces of metal with the action of heat.
At Sider Pre we perform types of welding, from welding studs to reinforced concrete structures, to wire welding.
GALVANIZING
Hot dip galvanizing is an anticorrosive treatment of steel which is applied by immersing the products in a bath of molten zinc after a series of pre-treatments.
We are able to galvanize any type of support such as beams, trellises, balcony railings, stairs and much more.
DRILLING
The drilling of beams in steel constructions allows the connection between the various structural elements. The various types of holes differ from each other according to the diameter and according to the bolt used for anchoring.
The drilling in the beams and in the other Sider Pre products is performed with very high precision helical drill boring machines
PLASMA CUTTING
The plasma cutting process allows to cut many types of metals through the use of a plasma torch. During the process, a gas is expelled at high speed through a nozzle, creating an electric arc between the electrode and the element to be treated and thus transforming the gas into plasma.
MEDIUM HEAVY METAL CARPENTRY AND STEEL STRUCTURES
The medium-heavy carpentry, on the other hand, includes all the processes that are obtained through a complex metal structure that has the purpose of supporting the heavy weight of civil or industrial buildings, such as roofs, but also internal and external stairs.
Metal constructions are building works whose load-bearing structure is made entirely of steel.
